Reduced targeted crimes over 35% in the community of 30,000 residents while facilitating executive administrative functions and improving quality of life standards.

Served as Executive Liaison for the Miami-Dade Police Department to the 11th Judicial Circuit Courts of Florida providing courtroom security operations at all of the 11 Court facilities and the State Attorney's Office, and maintained precise compliance with all civil processes and arrest warrant procedures.

Implemented new technological and operational procedures that reduced the service time of the sheriff related court orders by over 90%.

2010-2012

Created executive polices and procedures regarding sexual crimes investigations, domestic crime matters, vulnerable victim units, missing persons, internet crimes involving cyber security and exploitation of minors, and human trafficking operations.

These actions resulted in the increased successful prosecutions of sexual battery, cybercrime, child exploitation, domestic crime cases, and the successful resolution of 75% of the missing persons cold cases.

Instructor Experience

Serving as an adjunct professor, my courses focused on criminal justice and legal topics, bringing real-world insights into the classroom.

I was appointed to the Justice Advisory Committee, where we developed educational programs aimed at enhancing the training of all police officers within Miami-Dade County and students at the School of Justice.
